Great peice, i really enjoy reading your work.

Can't say i agree with you. I'm often blown away at the vast differences in people. The way two indiviudals can sit through the same experince and take away an entirely different persepcitve or lesson.

Perhaps at the molecular level we are indispensible and remarkably simialr. However our innate personality, life experinces, level of consiousness/spirit blend in a dynamic interplay and this is what accounts for the huge spectrum of differences between people.
